Unrooted Galaxy Nexus LTE (4.0.2). I've previously had Swype running as well as other sideloaded apps. Just tried installing the new Swype beta installer and the "Install" button has no effect. Then re-tried running the APK file from the modified Swype version I had previously installed. Same problem. Downloaded and tried Amazon's Appstore APK. Same issue, so it's not related wot Swype. I've checked the security settings and "Unknown Sources" for apps is checked.
Using Astro's install manager the APK files show file, data and total size of 0, despite the file sizes looking fine in regular file view.
Could this be related to security policies enforced by a corporate email account?
