My GNex is updating!!

My GNex started updating a little before noon, and the update is still going (3:30). I really hope this will be worth the wait!

Is that the ice cream sandwich update. I have the nexus s and the update took no more than 5 minutes or so.

If anything it's a newer ICS update. The GN comes with ICS out of the box.

I'll let everyone know. I'm hoping it's 4.0.5, but it's still going. I was hoping someone would say "me, too" so I'd know it's not a glitch with my phone. Except for horrible bluetooth dialer volume, mine has been trouble-free so far.

Has the updating been sitting in the recovery screen loading, or what is it doing? I don't know how it can take 3+ hours to update.

Ok. Since no one else is experiencing this, I pulled the battery and it stopped. Boot screen has been running continuously. Unfortunately, still running 4.0.2. Sorry for the false alarm.

Again, I apologize. My Gnex was doing what my Droid used to do when it updated, and I got excited.I wanted to be the bearer of good news, but unfortunately it was a never-before experienced glitch with my phone.

No problem. I know lots of people are itching for the update. Easily understandable how you would get excited so quickly.
