Hmm this is a curious one.. I'll take a stab..
Favorite thing to do: probably flash roms, customize etc.. If that counts. Lol.
Favorite app: hard to say.. App I use the most is probably Tapatalk lol.. Also twicca (best twitter app IMO).. And ICS Browser+ (so throw that in fav things to do, browse the web)
Also enjoy some games and other stuff but the above activities probably are the majority of my time.
Like to see other people's answers.. Threads like these can always give you ideas / teach you stuff
EDIT: I realized that above where I said "If that counts" is silly.. It has to count. I bought this phone for the flashing and customization options lol! If that wasn't a big deal I would have stayed on my bionic haha

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
Pretty much what 2def said, flashing roms and just overall customizing my phone. My fav app would have to be Chrome as I do a lot of browsing on my phone and well chrome is just the sex.

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
Saw this one coming a mile away...
Lets see, favorite thing to do...I think my favorite thing to do, other than customizing my homescreen or flashing a theme, would be to use my phone as a utility in pretty much any way
-google shopper saved me 50 bucks on a webcam a few weeks ago, scanned a 100 dollar webcam barcode at best buy to see the same thing was at staples for 50
-Google maps to navigate
-soundhound for music Identifying and saving them to remember to download them
-google music for my car rides
-pageonce to keep track of my bills, amounts due, and cash in my checking account
but I think my favorite, which would also be my favorite app, is Splashtop Remote Desktop. I use this app daily for multiple reasons, my favorite one being:
I do side work fixing peoples computers and well most of the people I do work for dont know jack about them. If they have a problem I can fix remotely I use logmein remote desktop to access their computer but before I can do that I need to walk them through the process of going to a website, typing in a code, having them accept a bunch of popups.... and some people just cant do that. If I know that I'm going to have an issue down the road with someone being too illiterate for that I will offer to install the splashtop streamer on their PC. That way If I need to help them I just connect from my phone to get logmein working from the pc.
To me, my phone is more than a phone/toy, its also a very useful utility. I think I use it more as a utility than an actual phone hah. - 05-18-2012, 08:40 AM #6

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
I would have to agree with everyone stating their favorite thing to do is flash ROMs and customize their phones. At times it feels like I am flashing a new ROM every couple days. Besides that I would say streaming music with Spotify, using Waze for nav, and Tweakdeck for twitter for are probably the next biggest heavy hitters (not counting using the phone as a phone and for messaging).

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
Music, Audible, podcasts. I commute and my Gnex is my best friend.
Favorite app lately is Audiogalaxy - it's so simple touch the icon to open and touch the play button to shuffle my entire collection. Audible is the runner up. - 05-18-2012, 08:51 AM #9
Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
My favorite thing to do is change the look of my phone by either applying a theme or changing the icons, skins or soft keys. Just started using UCCW and it's amazing on how many different looks you can get from that widget. It seem sometimes I can play around for hours just trying to get a look then changing the next day.
As for my favorite app right now it Ultimate Custom Clock Widget just because it's new to me and love playing around with it. - 05-18-2012, 09:05 AM #10
Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
My favorite thing to do is: Just figuring what i can do next.
ROMS, Themes, Mods and Photoshop = endless possibilities
My favorite app has to be Facebook or Foursquare, I use them more then any other.
Edit:
Google Wallet.....I don't use it much, but it is so freaking awesome and so much fun to use.Last edited by bakerbert; 05-18-2012 at 09:20 AM.

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
Favorite thing to do? Watch the signal endlessly bounce back and forth, slowly, between LTE and 3G.
Favorite App? Going into the battery status and looking at Cell Standby to see what percentage of the day I have been without signal. So far today, 48%.
Why? Same reason I have my wife tie me up and touch my testicles with live electrical wires until I pass out. - 05-18-2012, 09:36 AM #15

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
I just checked and it's still on the same November 14, 2011 version that still has not been updated for Android 4.0. Crashes whenever starring a track, no tablet version.
I ended my subscription and signed up with Rhapsody. I can't believe Rhapsody gets such a bad rap.. no pun intended.
It has tons of features, is ICS optimized is updated regularly, a tablet version that looks great on my Transformer Prime, and has nearly as many songs as Spotify.
Spotify cares nothing about Android... last update Nov. 14!! lol - 05-18-2012, 10:39 AM #23

Re: Favorite thing to do on your phone?
I agree 100% with this. I always tell people to learn to use your phone for EVERYTHING it can do. GPS Navigation, Note Taking, PDA, Library, Entertainment Center, Research Tool, whatever. I paid too much to just use this thing for email, phone, pictures. It is an incredibly useful multi-function tool. Embrace it and wring every last drop out of it.
