Do you have any choices?
Hi guys,
I am with Verizon wireless and bought a Galaxy nexus in January from amazon.
I am extremely unhappy with the phone, all sorts of problems. Very recently, I can not even make a phone call smoothly. It would drop calls and sometimes the voice is on and off during conversation. My wife is on the same network but has an iphone 4s and she has no such problem at all.
Can I return the phone? is there anything i can do?

Much better response from VZ Tech Support I would guess. They might make you try a few replacement Nexi first, but if you can't get a good phone after a couple replacement attempts, they will probably let you swap for something else.
If you can drag that out perfectly. you might be able to swap to whatever is new. - 05-24-2012, 04:24 PM
