4.0.4 Updated question!!??

Ok, I forced the update throught the trick of Google Services Framework and everything is ok but my friend just got the Nexus and he has a more updated version of it which there are more options in the settings....There's the search button along with the (Back, home and launcher). I've noticed he has a battery bar on his lockscreen. How does he have all that and I don't...??

He may be using a different launcher such as Nova, Apex, ADW, etc. Check them out in the Play Store - you might see something similar to what he's using.
