Will I get the jelly bean ota if I'm rooted

I rooted to jelly bean last night will I get the official ota when it comes out or do I have to un root my first time rooting was yesterday so I'm new to this stuff

If you're on a custom rom (and if you're on Jelly Bean, you probably are) then no, you will not get the OTA.

For reference, any time you flash a rom, never accept an OTA. Depending on what the OTA contains, it could do anything from error out, and not download, to bricking you. If you were stock rooted (meaning you had unlocked and rooted, but hadn't flashed any roms or debloated), yes you could accept the OTA. You would lose root, when it flashed, but that is generally a simple matter to deal with.
