Default GNex 4.1 Update: missing stock camera app

So I upgraded to 4.1 after returning from holiday. Everything seems to be fine except that the stock camera app has disappeared. Tried rebooting and searching all apps but it's gone.

Anyone know where I can get the apk from?

Apologies this is first time posting via mobile and I may have put this in wrong forum. I actually have a GSM Galaxy Nexus so it was the official 4.1 OTA update directly from Google. No mention of the camera apk anywhere on phone.
