Yes, I know it seems ridiculous, but I still have not received the 4.0.4 update on my Verizon Galaxy Nexus.

I have tried force updating an insane number of times to no avail. I tried the Google Services Framework trick as well.

Anyone having the same experience? Any ideas?

Verizon level 0 tech reps are not helpful.

Any thoughts are greatly appreciated.

I had the same thing happen to me on my original Evo, it would never get the OTA. It would say it was up to date.
Try doing a factory reset, that would always be what worked for me.

I actually have tried this as well....twice. Unfortunately, no luck pulling the update after the reset either.

have you called VZW and asked them to manually push the update? it's worth a try....

wow damn that sucks alot you can always manually update it get the official 4.0.4 on the root of your sd card and update from zip you should be smooth sailing from there...
