Default I want a LogMeIn like app - but in reverse

I have LogMeIn Ignition. Works great. I can control my PC from afar.

However, I want an app that does the reverse. I want to be able to control the phone, the entire phone, from afar from a PC or another Android device. This would be very helpful for instructional and trouble shooting.

I have yet to find such an app. Is there one? If so, where? If not, why?

    1. It requires root. For general support it's not likely that my client will have a rooted phone or tablet. My phone has been rooted so I tested the app and learned about #2 and #3 below.

    2. The IP address is a NAT local address. This means that the host and client must be on the same network. Or the host has to do port forwarding on their router. Not likely that someone that needs my support on an Android phone will have any clue as to how to do port forwarding.

    3. When I tried to connect I get a dialog box in my browser, which is on the same wifi network, that says, "The Web Site Contains an error." So, in the end it didn't work.

It kills the keyboard too. A reboot is necessary. Otherwise it was pretty slick! It's in beta so I hope it gets ironed out.
