So here's what's going on. My phone fell off my nightstand a few weeks ago and cracked (on my carpet somehow). So I called Asurion, paid the deducible and had them send me a replacement. Well, the replacement continuously dropped signal. As in, completely. No calls, no texts, no anything. It would go from four bars of 4G to "Searching for service" and back. (See attached images.) So I called them and had them send me a replacement for the replacement.
This one is actually about ten times worse. It's done it numerous times just in the past hour. I emailed them the other day and they left me a message yesterday asking me to call them Monday to "go over different options that [they] may be able to offer me in order to get this taken care of." Anyone have experience with anything like this and have any idea what that might mean? Is there a limit on replacements of replacements I can get under their replacement warranty?
Thanks in advance for any information you may have.
