Yup. Play Store won't read your device as being there, essentially.

I did not encounter this issue on my Verizon Galaxy Nexus. After clearing the framework several times, I then did an Update All installing about 15 app updates.

To those who have gotten it, 4G or Wifi?

I was on Wifi. The funny thing about it is that my Nexus doesn't even have a SIM card in it anymore since I received my S3 yesterday. Long story short my S3 fell out of my motorcycle jacket pocket on Tuesday so went back to my Nexus for the time being while I waited on the new S3. Went ahead and put my Nexus back to completely factory everything last night before I went to bed and when I woke up around 4 or so, the update was waiting for me to download/install.

how would you fix your play store?

Trying the trick this morning borked my Play Store, and I had to remove my Google Account from "Settings > Accounts & sync" and re-add it before it worked again. I still haven't received my JB update, but I don't want to screw up my store again because it was a minor pain to remove and re-add - I guess I'll just have to be patient.

Try unsyncing first.

Disabled mobile data, clear google framework probaby 20 times and update is downloading now. Keep trying people.

Tried all that didn't work. Its purely coincidental. There is no scientific reason why this would work only on the 20th time you try it. The reality is, if I try anything long enough right now, at some point my phone will get the OTA. That doesn't mean it had anything to do with what I tried. Sorry guys, unfortunately, there is no trick here. We just have to wait.

Did you see my blue boxed post? Do you have a custom recovery? Custom software? If not, then you're fine.

I read that if you have a custom ROM you can't. How do I know if I have a custom ROM, recoveries an all that?

My USB doesn't work (I charge with an external battery charger) . Can anyone help me accomplish getting JB on my device? Thanks!

Have you ever flashed a rom? You can't accidentally do that. So if you don't remember, you're probably good to go .

However, if you don't have a working USB port, I wouldn't even bother. That's a huge risk. Just wait for it to come.

How does someone have IMM76Q and some of us have IMM76K? Obviously Q must be later (I guess) but if I have 76k does that mean im waiting until all the Q users have been updated?
