    Default Problems with Swype

I've been using the built-in Swype on a couple of roms, but I've noticed a few issues. This doesn't seem to be a rom problem, because I've tried multiple ones. Sometimes there is no space between words.

Also, if it puts the wrong word in and I click the correct word it shows up like this....

(The correct word will be "Battery" the incorrect word will be "Butter")

    batteryIneedabutter

If you are having this issue, you will understand this.

That happens in search boxes primarily.

Also have issues with Google apps covering the suggested words bar.

The main issues i've seen with Swype (which I use exclusively, tried SwitKey and just don't care for the "typing"....."swyping" seems much more "natural" imo..... ) are that it seems to "lose" my trace rather easily if I even get close to the one edge of the keyboard and then obviously picks up a different word that is not what I intended. Most of the time it ends up with multiple other words instead due to the "break" in my word trace. Can't say this is exactly a Swype issue, could obviously be a bit of "user error" on my part due to large thumbs or something.....

The main "issue" I would say I notice is "flicker" in the keyboard......and I can't say 100% that it's ACTUALLY happening, or if it's just my eyes/mind messing with me, because I never notice when I'm looking directly at the screen and trying to watch for it, always seems to be something I notice out of my periphery. My fear is that it's not even the Swype app itself but that it could be the screen in general which would be bad......

Speaking of my screen.......I've also noticed some weird color shadings on certain screens/apps, but again can't say if those are the way the apps are just colored or if it's really a screen issue. Example would be when opening the FB app, that initial "blue" background for the whole screen where it says "FACEBOOK" during startup seems to have a slightly different "shade" of blue near the top where the "menu bar" ultimately is when the app finally loads. I've also started to notice some "burn in" of words and things when switching to other apps. It does seem to fade within a few seconds, but is most noticeable when I have the brighness set to lower settings (I use a BW brighness toggle on my home screen and either have it at 100% if I'm in bright areas like work/car/outside, otherwise it's at like 9%)......so I guess in summary (lol), it's possible this main issue I'm seeing/noticing mostly in Swype may not even be a Swype issue itself but could be my screen/hardware issue.....

I have two versions of Swype/SwypeBeta on my Gnex JB... the "older" 3.26.92.39062 works great, while I have issues with the "newer" 1.1.1.7628. I don't understand their naming mechanism, but that is the order.
