So I have a slight problem...

I have my contacts synced to Google so they are intertwined. I run Touchdown on the phone.

Some of my contacts in touchdown have changed their numbers or are just numbers I need to remove. I can't do this from the phone. I've tried in my Exchange but don't see the changes taking effect on the phone.

What is the easiest way to clean up this mess. At this point I'd rather just use my Google contacts exclusively.
