How do I automatically bring up keypad upon accepting a call?

I work for a taxi company, where calls are assigned to the first person who picks up their phone. It's a Google Voice type system. Upon pick-up, you have to hit "1" to accept the call. I am losing business to other drivers who answer the calls faster. It's a stupid system, I agree.

However, I am looking for a setting or app that will assist me in making pickup of calls and pressing "1" go faster. I was thinking if I could get the # pad to pop up when I swiped to accept, that would make hitting "1" one less step.
