WTF? Forced deletion of ICS wallpaper, etc.

When I unlocked my phone first thing this morning the bright stock WP I've used since 4.0 was gone, replaced by a dull JB default. The network time was up to date but the time displayed on my Beautiful Widgets app was stuck at 0200, presumably when whatever happened happened.

WTF?

Anyone know how/where I can restore the bright green WP from ICS?

Go to playstore and search for galaxy nexus wallpapers. You can get them for free from kovdev.

No, nothing. It was fine when I went to bed and messed up in the morning.

Just noticed that whatever it was also deactivated and removed Weatherbug from the taskbar.

To sum up:
WB removed from use
WP removed from home screens
WP removed from stock options
BW clock frozen at 0200 for several hours.

The precise time of 0200 is very suspicious.
