I keep reading that the Verizon doesn't have a gsm radio blah blah blah. Well I'm here to show you that it DOES!! There's a secret menu you can go to to select the type of network you want to use.
Look at these screen shots. I have a Verizon Wireless Galaxy Nexus 4G LTE phone and i want to use it on Straight Talk. The phone has Micro SIM slot and LTE/GSM/CDMA radios.
So someone please help me make this possible..

Where is the menu? And do you know what frequencies are related to the different choices? Also, does the physical antenna support those frequencies?

Keep in mind that the Android software is designed to support all bands, therefore even if the phone can only support some of them, the others are still buried in the software somewhere... Just because the software supports it, doesnt mean the hardware does... If it did we would have found out when they did a full tear down of the phone a long time ago...
