Which ROM best supports TW & S-Pen features?

Hey, all -

I've been rooted for quite a while, and I'm planning on unlocking my bootloader. ROM-wise, I'm either looking at the most current version of Beans or CleanRom. Of the two, which provides the best support of TW/S-Pen features and functionality? Or another way to ask - TW/S-Pen features no longer work with each of these ROMs?

Jelly Beans rom is good. It is TW based with heavy aosp theme. The aroma feature chooser at flash is a boss!
And yes spen and motion features work great on this rom.

Never tried beans but it is basically themed for aosp. Cleanrom is nice but jts basically a debloated stock rom with some mods on the international base.

+1 on BeansROM or CleanROM. I've run both and the S-Pen and TW Features all work flawlessly. My preference is BEANS for the few customizations it offers and the very subtle themeing.

Alright, i guess i'll go with BeansROM v10 or CleanROM VZW-SE v1.5. Will start backing up my data to external SD before I unlock my bootloader. Anyone know off the top of their head if either of these ROMs has the Call Blocking feature working on it? Also curious if it works on the ACE version of CleanROM; but I don't want to deal with GPS issues like so many other people have reported with it.

BeansROM supports call blocking and GPS is stellar. I am not sure about CleanROM, but I think it can do call blocking as well, I just don't remember. You can't go wrong with either one of these ROMS.

All unlocked and Beans'd out. Wondering if I missed doing something; I tried using the TW hover functionality with the TW gallery and email apps - and that doesn't seem to work on Beans. S-Pen functionality pretty much works the same, though. Anyone know if I've done something wrong? Or if this is just a limitation of Beans ROM?

Disregard last query; I flashed a corrupt ROM. I tried both the ACE version of CleanROM, in addition to BeansROM. While I think that ACE's speed is better, I did encounter GPS issues and some other small quirky issues going through setup; Beans just seems much more stable. Even though ACE is based of 4.1.2 (which I would have preferred to be on), I'll take greater stability any day. That AND the AOSP theming - it's just too damn sexy! Only thing I'm looking for at this point is possibly a way to re-order the toggles; give me a shout if anyone has any advise on this.

And thank you all for your advice - Beans is REALLY awesome!

One thing I've noticed with Beans ROM v10, relative to adjustments to the Samsung keyboard - the carriage return (located underneath the backspace button) has been replaced with an emoticon button. Anyone know of a way to get the carriage return functionality back?

I'm hoping beans goes to 4.2 if that is even possible. I am really salivating at the idea of the lock screen widget program that everyone is using.

I thought I saw somewhere that the 4.2 code has dropped for the International GS3. If that is the case, my guess is the GNote will see 4.2 Touchwiz ROMS (like Beans) in the next couple of months.

What's the difference between that and this?

Install CM10.1 Nightly Android 4.2.2 on Verizon Galaxy Note 2 SCH-I605

Seems like its running 4.2.2. Has anybody flashed it yet? I'd be interested in checking it out if nobody else has.

I'm running CleanRom right now with Apex launcher. I'm happy with it but I'd also like to see how far the rabbit hole goes....

CM roms are Cyanogen mod roms. They are based on Aosp (Android open source project). Its built from the google version of 4.2.2. Therefore it does not have S pen or multiwindow functionality that a rom built from 4.2.2 touchwiz base would.

Are you using GoSMS by any chance? That's an option in GoSMS that you don't get in the stock messaging app.
