I'm holding out hope beans does 4.2 eventually. I am now wondering if 4.2 will be possible keeping touchwiz features before it comes directly from Verizon etc. I really really want that dash clock widget for the homescreen. :(
It won't come until either a leak comes out for vzw note 2 or the official comes outQuote:

well I keep putting 4.2 roms on my note and then going back to 4.1 roms. I happen to like the s apps and most of touch wiz. Maybe Samsung will give us touch wiz w.4 soon.
I have to agree with this. After experiencing Motorola devices back before their acquirement by Google and the hideous Blur interface, as well as Sense with a few different HTC phones, TouchWiz has been the least undesirable of them. It's really not all that bad. Yes it is bloated, HEAVILY bloated, but at least the phone is fast enough that it doesn't take a toll on the performance. At least not one thats noticeable.Quote:

Also, the only time I'm going to consider jumping to AOSP as a daily driver is when 5.0 comes out. As of right now, 4.2 vs 4.1 isn't a big enough leap in gained features to warrant giving up S Pen, Multi Window and a perfectly built Camera app that utilizes our hardware better than any other camera app can dream of.
