Stuck in Boot Loop Help Needed

I rooted my note 2 out of the box and grew tired of seeing ota updates pop up so i went back to stock with odin every thing went well till i acepted ota updates now im stuck at boot loop and cant go back to stock odin fails after it says nand write then fail i also dont have a recovery to go to some one please save my week i been trying to get this back up for 3 days now with no luck

I would boot into Clockwork MOD do this in order:
wipe date/factory reset
Format/system
Flash Back up from recovery

how do i do that when the phone wont resprond? and power plus vol down dosnt do anything

update i tried to put baseline recovery on to the phone with odin and a pit file and i got a little further im now getting sboot.bin then fail then if i try to put stock rom on to phone it fails at sboot.bin
