Verizon Note 2 shipping with 4.2?

I have read in several places that Verizon's version ships with 4.2, but on the Verizon Note 2 site it lists android 4.1 - thoughts?

No 4.2 until next year. Google is still fixing 4.2.

Just because 4.2 loaded does not mean that 4.2 does not need fixing.

I just got to play with one for awhile, it had 4.1.1 on it.

The Nexus devices are the only ones shipping with the absolute latest Android OS, it will take the OEM's 3-6 months to roll out hardware with it and we won't see upgrades until summer time.

You don't want 4.2, we want 4.2.1 or later. .. I have a gnex also and I would like my December back!

I just received 4.2.1 about an hour or so ago on my N7. Started rolling out today for us. Nice to have December fixed. Hopefully chrome quits crashing on me. So far so good.
