texting what app?

What app is everyone using I like handcent but I get tired of all the options maybe ill just try the stock for awhile what do u think?

I hate myself for saying this but what's wrong with stock? I understand there are customizations that can't be made in stock(like individual text tones) but for flat out messaging, I think they finally fixed stock to be usable.

Was using GO SMS and Contapps on my Maxx, but find I'm kind of intrigued by JB stock SMS. Figure I'll just use it for now.

I'm using messaging lite g, its a aosp jellybean messenger. Combined that with SMS popup. Love it

I got handcent just for the popup quick reply function. Are there simpler options for that?

You do know that you can customize the stock text app. You can change the background and styles of bubbles. All in app settings.

I am using the stock app too. The only thing I wish it did is put the punctuation up for when your at the end of a word instead of me having to go look for them. LOL

You can't change the led color, can't set background, sound, icon, or signature per contact.
Handcent allows for all of that.

I'm using the Google voice app. It allows me to text and get voice mail from my tablet or phone. Not as "cool" but very practical!
