Creating a shortcut to an ExtSD folder

Having graduated from the Thunderbold (may it rest it piece(s)), recreating my layout. On the TBolt it was possible to create a shortcut to a folder. All I can see is Apps, New Folder, New Screen. Any ideas?

Okay, I figured it out.
You need ES File Explorer.
Browse to the folder you want as a shortcut on your Homescreen.
Long press the folder you want and select 'Shortcut' from the pop-up menu.
That's it.
A shortcut will now be on your Homescreen.

I had actually forgotten this thread but a few months ago discovered ES File Explorer and that it does shortcuts as well as many other things that Astro aspires to do. Connection to cloud storage is much more reliable.
