Google music issue with gn2 (pic uploaded)

Everytime I go play a song then go out of the google music app then come back to say switch song, rate it, etc. nothing shows up the album art is gone the option to thumbs up/down is gone and it acts as if the song isnt playing but yet it is. Ive been searching to see if any one has had this issue and cant find anything abt it. Im coming from the galaxy nexus and never had a problem I tried to un install and reinstall and issue still pops up.

This happens with my pinned music and unpinned music anyone else have this issue

I just tried to recreate the issue you're talking about but couldn't. Everything showed up fine for me. Maybe try rebooting?

heres a pic, thats what shows up after i go out of the song and then come back into it the music still plays but it looks as if nothing is playing

Mine is doing it as well have no idea whats causing and sometimes my song title display wont change when the song changes like for example it'll stay on track 1 even though i've moved on to track 3. It the weirdest thing.

Google music has been doing this since I got the sgs3 a few months back. I've seen it on my note 2 as well. I believe theres a bug report submitted for this already. Its definitely google not you

Yes. I have experienced this on both my s3 and now the Note. They are taking their sweet *** time looking into it

It's part of the ongoing issue labeled "Incorrect album art"

That happened to me for awhile, but eventually it sorted itself out. Maybe it just takes some time for everything to sync completely.
