    Default ? About texting with handcent.

    So yesterday I get some merry xmas texts from friends and they must have done a group text because when I would text them back it would send one to every person they sent one 2 how do I stop that from happening?

    I just don't reply in the group message and reply to them by composing a new text just to that individual

    I also hate group texts.
    In Handcent, go to
    "settings"->application settings->group messaging->uncheck Thread Group conversation

    That should work.

    you can tell it is a group message because it will show more than one name or phone number....if so just don't hit reply....
