Beep-Beep after phone call

After receiving some phone calls I get an annoying beep-beep. The only way to end it is to reset the phone. I have "Default notifications" set to "silent" but still get the beeping. Any suggestions?

Go to phone, call settings, call alert, call alert tones then deselect call end tone

My boss just brought his Note 2 over to me. It's been beeping two low beeps every few seconds. It happens every time he receives a call and doesn't stop until he resets the phone. Any ideas?

I think it's a setting for "missed call".

I have to look in my settings. I know I removed it.

This just happened to me!

While I was on the phone, a text came in & I kept getting that beep-beep every few seconds, even after I hung up. Just as I was about to reset the phone, another text came in & it stopped. Did anyone else's start right after getting a text?

Phone Dialer > Call Settings > Call Alert

... disable Alerts on call

take the phone and turn towards a wall and throw it at the wall yelling "SHUTUP!!"... That should work

Thanks, but I don't want to disable the alerts. I've never had any problems before with them.

I came close to doing that... It got REALLY annoying!
