they didn't "restrict" it..
the app needs a certain piece of code for multi-window to work
any developer could include that code and their app will work with it - 01-10-2013, 12:06 PM

Too much testing required maybe? It's dumb that they left out several of the apps that the other carries already have. Pretty sure this was Verizon's decision, not Samsung's. Not a big deal for me since I rooted.
