Picasa albums in gallery

Maybe I am in the minority but I actually like the Picasa albums to view when I go to my gallery. I have noticed every since I got my GN2 that not all albums load up and only the older ones do. Any of my more recent pictures I have taken so not show up. When I pop in my sim on my nexus all albums display so I know they are being uploaded but they just are not showing up in my gallery. Any ideas on what could cause this? Also I am on my second GN2 and both have done this.

My Picasa albums updated Made the gallery cache file jump to 1.07gb and used 845mb of my data.
In accounts - Google. You'll see sync settings for Picasa albums. You can enable or disable it there. I also disabled Facebook Albums for the same reason.
I have instant upload set to Wifi only but Picasa would re download the pictures for its album. And it keeps everything on the internal memory instead of the sd card.
