Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Has anyone tried a tempered glass Screen Protector with the Seidio Active Case? Just wondering if it fits, which specific brand protector (Xgear, etc), who the vendor was and if you like it. Thanks in advance. Chris

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Does this glass screen protector work with cases other than the Seidio Active Case? I didn't see the Seidio or any other case mentioned at the MIME product url.
Update: Apparently the suggestion of the Seido case was just a recommendation. After seeing a photo of the protector on an iPhone at the site, it looks like it will adhere to the screen without any case. - 02-22-2013, 05:53 PM

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Just installed the MIME Tempered Glass Screen Protector - pretty easy installation. The tiniest bubbles left (can barely tell) which are suppose to disappear after a day or so. Sealed all the way to the edges Pretty impressed and it fits fine with my active case. Sensitivity and accuracy of touch and s-pen is excellent. I like it very much.

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Is this screen protector completely clear like its the device's glass or does it have the matrix of dots that I've seen on the early models of tempered glass screen protectors?

Completely clear - no dots or outline to match the edges of the device.

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
How well would this work with the samsung flip case? I assume it would fit without a problem but its worth asking.

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Having not fitted the flip case, I can't say for sure but I believe it should be fine. The protector does stops short of the edges by maybe 1.5-2 mm. It's adds minimal height (less than a half mm).

Re: Tempered Glass Screen Protector and Seidio Active Case
Actually, XGear's site recommends that you use a case with their Fantom screen protector, as it was apparently designed with a case in mind. Cases protect the edges of the tempered glass from chips. So I don't know why Seidio's Active case would be a problem.
