Can't get Keis to work!!

Like the title says, Keis will not accept my phone. It just says that it doesn't support my device, is there something that I'm doing wrong? Any help will be appreciated thanks!

Kies is not supported by Verizon, so stop wasting your time trying to make it work. It doesn't.

Are you trying to use kies on your PC or kies air?

"Kies Air" is a different application from "Kies." Confusing, I know.

yes kies wirelessly...aka kies air...working fine ...sometimes takes a couple of attempts to sync but works fine...what error msg are you getting?
