Your network and wifi connection look like a problem. A phone constantly trying to connect will suck battery like no other. Spotty coverage in your area?

Nope bot at all I have full to 4 bars at home and work. That steep drain was it just setting on my desk while I took a nap and wifi was off then.

Im not sure why my signsl lines are black but I have had that issue in all 3 samsung phones I had (nexus, s3, note 2)

Try factory resetting if you don't mind setting everything up. Also try gsam battery as it can show you which apps are draining more than others.
