Is the Verizon Note 2 model N7100 or SCH-I605?

It's the SCH - I605. If you go on your phone, Settings-About Phone, you will see on Model Number.

So as long as I make sure the phone support the foreign country's network, then root the phone, and change to correct apn setting, then I should be able to make/receive calls or texts, and use it's data correct?
