I never have had bad customer service. There are bad reps tho on all carriers.
And sorry the OP was talked into tablets as well. Taxes do make a difference on the outright cost on monthly bill.
I do have a tablet but mine is Wifi not on contract. So no 10 bucks a month.
Hope Sprint works for you. Their CS lacks. Have to do what you have to do!

Yes you can. Not ask phones, but the Verizon note 2 will work on att.

Not that rare, at least on Verizon. If it is a 4GLTE Verizon phone and has gsm capabilites and is a somewhat recent phone, there is a strong chance that it is sim unlocked, either from the factory or by update.

My Rezound, razr, razr maxx, s3, and Note 2 all had gsm capabilites and were sim unlocked.

My thunderbolt didn't have gsm capabilites...

Well I put it on Craigslist and within 10 minutes of the ad being up I got at least a dozen emails... I should have asked more for money lol. Either way, I got almost all of my money back off of them so I'm happy.
