I never have had bad customer service. There are bad reps tho on all carriers.
And sorry the OP was talked into tablets as well. Taxes do make a difference on the outright cost on monthly bill.
I do have a tablet but mine is Wifi not on contract. So no 10 bucks a month.
Hope Sprint works for you. Their CS lacks. Have to do what you have to do!
