Sound on Note ll

I'm having a devil of a time adjusting the sound on my phone. I've tried sound in settings and have downloaded a couple of sound apps but nothing seems to help. My alarm is particularly loud! Anyone have any suggestions?

Its to loud! But I can't seem to adjust sound level eather way! Has anyone found an app that works well on the Note? I've tried several but none solved my problem.

You can't adjust it? If you push one of the volume keys and then press the gear icon on the volume meter that shows up, what are the 4 different levels set at?

I've never used a 3rd party volume app, so can't speak to that part of your question.

If it is the alarm volume and you are using the stock app, just tap on the "MORE" button and it should allow you to change the volume for the alarm.

If you have an issue with other volume settings, go to Settings > Sound > Volume
