This is a fake. The SE status for Android would not say permissive if it were a true OTA. You have to modify the ramdisk in the kernel to make it permissive.

i know, but he posted in the verizon section, and the OTA is due today, so i figured he was talking about the verizon note 2

Can you provide the link? Just checked the JellyBeans XDA thread. No news there yet. Not saying that an OTA isn't rolling out, just curious about that thread.

There are some TouchWiz based 4.3 ports for VZW, or a ROM based on a leak, but didn't see anything yet for the official VZW OTA.

i got it b4 1:00am eastern time, last night. i didn't get a notification, i was rooted and odin'd back to stock, and was getting my phone up to date with the software, when i noticed the last update was 734mb's...

I sure hope so. The updates for Verizon phones are aggravating. The anticipation sucks.

But let me add that I didn't get the 4.3 on my S4 until midnight the day after the official release date! So I'm thinking today around midnight fellas!
