Files auto restore after deleting

I have tried just about everything I can think of to stop files I delete from showing back up. I have removed, deleted wiped data, stop processes that has anything to do with syncing....no luck. THIS IS UNREAL! Does anyone else have this issue? I have rooted and installed jellybeans v19. I have had no issues until I wanted to make room on my device by deleting files I no longer want. The dang files won't stay gone! Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!

That is definitely weird.. I'd try wiping the cache for the ROM.. If that doesn't work.. I'd contact the ROM developer..

Either that or try another file explorer to delete the files to see if that helps.

I have tried several file explorers, I've tried SD maid, I've wiped the cache numerous times, I've flashed different ROM'S (all from beanstown106), I've deleted the files in twrp recovery mode, I've tried to contact the ROM deveoper...nobody home...errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
