Using the Note 2 With Chevy's My Link Infotainment System

I just bought a new Chevy Spark that has the My Link touch infotainment system and I'm having a bit of trouble figuring out just how to use it with Android. I'm pretty sure I've got it paired but my contact list has not uploaded from the phone.

I would very much appreciate any help anyone could give me with this.
