I just bought a brand new blue 32gig s3, and purchased a qmadix case at the same time. Both purchased from a go wireless verizon store. I've had the phone in its case since purchase and it hasn't been dropped or anything like that. I've been extremely careful with it.
Unfortunately, the store didn't have any available screen protectors for purchase at the time, so I ordered a 3 pack off amazon. I pulled the phone out this morning to put on a screen protector, and as I was cleaning the glass I noticed something that looked like a scratch on the screen.
After further investigation, there is not one, but two. One on each side, in exactly the same position, vertical scratches running down each side of the phone. They are actually pretty deep too, if I run my fingernail across them, there are spots where they are more like little cuts in the glass.
Should I contact qmadix, verizon, or the store manager? Anyone have an issue like this where a case is responsible for damage, and what did you do about it?
Yes, this may seem like I'm a little obsessive but I paid $250 bucks for the phone and went out of my way to keep it looking new only to have the protection cause the damage.

Contact the store manager and show them. I'm sure they will exchange it for you if your within your return time period.

I contacted the store, they need pictures to send to the district manager so I'll be stopping in tomorrow. I also contacted qmadix, they asked me to send a picture. I've included it here for reference in case anyone else runs in to the same issue.
Not sure why the image isnt showing up, heres a link

Wow you can see it! I hope they just give you a new one. Plus if your within your return policy you can just say your not happy with the phone and return it anyways...Then buy it again! Hopefully they don't give you that sorta headache!
Good luck at the store! Keep us posted!

this is the case I purchased
Thank you
I'm calling B.S. on this one. There's no way plastic scratched your Samsung Galaxy S3, unless it's not plastic and it's made of diamonds. Which in that case I'm going to buy a thousand of the Qmadix Metallix cases for the SGS3 and scrape the diamonds off and sell the diamonds off of it. lol Don't believe it?

This lady took her keys and a razor blade and scraped it across the screen several times and still nothing. And your saying a plastic case scratched your phone? PFFFFFTTT! I think you've got to seriously take a second look at what your suggesting, because you obviously are making bogus claims and filling this thread with trash.
