Need Help GS3 Stuck on 4G LTE

Hello i need help with my gs3 because i tried to install a rom and it soft bricked, i watched a couple of videos of how to un brick and none worked, ive installed stock firmware and nothing. i tried to re root with bootloader and all different types of methods but still stuck and i cant fix it , please help because idk what verizon will do if i bring it in.
