I'm using the slim bean build 5 ROM and there is an upgrade to build 6. Would I be able to just clear cache and dalvik cache to flash the upgrade? I searched the forums and didn't find anything on the s3 forums. I would prefer not to have to reload programs and data. Thanks in advance.

You can dirty flash any ROM. The question is do you want a cascade of problems because of it? Each app that builds a cache does so with code connected to the old ROM.

So I use titanium backup to reinstall all my apps. Is that not a good idea as well?

Probably not. For the same reason as above. Look at it this way...an OTA update is a dirty flash.

So I did a fresh upgrade and manually reinstalled my apps. I went to use the browser and it kept randomly rebooting on me. It randomly rebooted 5 times at least. I fixed all permissions and it still kept happening. What am I or what did I do wrong?
