I would try flashing a new ROM. I had that problem on one of the early builds of a certain ROM (don't remember which), and as soon as I flashed a different one it fixed the issue for me. Make sure you have the correct custom recovery installed as well as an unlocked bootloader if the ROM requires it, (most of them do).
