I have tried going in to sqlite and setting the numbers to zero but that didn't work I also tried the shortcut. I don't want it to say that I'm connected to the Wi-Fi on my pull down menu. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Are you rooted? There is a link to the wifi disabling zip over at xda in the Cleanrom thread.

The old sql/anycut method are only compatible with ICS.

I haven't come acrossed any fixes yet, aside from the temporary force stop but that only lasts until you reboot.

From my understanding the framework between ICS/JB are very different, a new work around must be figured out. Not sure how these custom stock ROMs pull it off though.

Then flash the deodexed stock rom from that same thread. How badly do you want the ongoing notification removed?
