My phone has a message for a software update, has anyone else received the same message? Will I lose being rooted?

I was able to install the update without losing root. I was, however, running a stock image before I installed the update.

Never flash a stock OTA on a rooted phone. It will have issues with your recovery and you will most likely lose your root access if you don't have recovery. Instead, manually flash your ROMs via custom recovery. Even if you are running rooted stock, you can flash another rooted stock and not have your concerns. If the message is from Goo Manager, that is a different situation.
