Rooted my S3 and I can't send any Text messages

Okay so I rooted my S3 a bit ago and got the Data working and calling is working but the texting does not work at all.
Can't find anything on it, ive deleted my messages, cleared cache, and etc.
Tried everything and I just can't send any Text messages.
I live In Germany and I just moved here, and The Mobile service Im using T mobile. Even before I rooted my phone I coudln't send text messages but I can receive them and I could call because of the global status.

U might have to put your APN settings manually.

had the same problem, just download a different messaging app, i've downloaded Pansi SMS and it works pretty well.
