Because there's better options than drop box, plus drop box is hoping for people to forget about it in 2 yrs so they can charge your cc. remember, it's a trial after you add a cc. You will be billed once it ends.

Thought I read somewhere that Dropbox is expecting carriers to foot the bill. That's why ATT and Verizon said no. If that's the case, glad they say no. You would end up paying for it backend anyway.
