Hello fellow (or soon to be) Samsung Galaxy III owners. As you have guessed, I will use this phone as my official android device. I will abstain from letting you know which color I decided upon. At any rate...

Some tips and tricks I know of so far include:

1.) Hold down menu key to access Google search.
2.) Pinch to Zoom works in the application's section for a quick overview of installed apps.

I figured it would be a good idea to consolidate useful tips, hints, and tricks to one location. Anyone have any to share?

It's interesting because a lot of the phone's features are not in the manual. I checked. One feature that comes to mind is hooking up a PC wireless keyboard via micro-usb dongle in order to type onto the phone. I guess it also works with a wireless mouse. Here is a video demonstration (skip to 17:00 min.):
