Just checked recent charges and nothing. Then checked pending charges and there was one from Verizon from today! Just my monthly bill. Only about $30 off the pre-order receipt so it really had me going for a minute

When did you place your preorder? I am in the same boat as you as far as my order number not working on the site, but when I call, the rep can verify my order. However, I did not preorder til the 15th.

yea I know, it's just i've expected to get dicked over by VZW since I preordered ...

I didn't pre order right on the 6th so maybe that's why, but it's shown 7/9 the whole time..I'll ask again real quick, when I pre ordered I wasn't asked to give CC info, is that because since our acct is on auto pay its already on file?

Well I just got charged. That was quick. The charge wasnt there 1 hour ago. It seems like almost $15 more got charged. I remember when I checked out I saw a lower amount. I did add the Hotspot around the same time. Or Verizon F--k up and sending a 32g version instead. Will look into that. But at least there's some movement now. This phone needs to be here by Friday but I doudbt that.

I ordered in store on the 20th. I just had a few extra minutes to spare and gave them a call to make sure everything is still okay (as the rep in store said to keep tabs on it in case of problems). They said I am in "pending" status. Order still shows ship by 7/10 in their system.

I did mine via gift card (didn't trust them f'ing up the CC order) and I checked the gift card site and they haven't removed any money from it yet.
