Verizon attempted to charge my AMEX card and AMEX refused the charge as a potentially fraudulent charge! I was just called by the American Express fraud division and asked if I had made this charge. I told them I had and they said it would now be honored but I don't know what that does to my ship date.
My AMEX account is a high dollar account and they are used to some really high charges so I don't know what triggered them to think this might be a fraudulent charge. Just got off the phone with VZW customer service and they attempted a manual charge on the order and it went right through. The CSR said it would not hold up the order as it is now shoing paid. I guess I'll find out soon enough.
