The dbags at FedEx cut the bottom tape took my phone then delivered the box with just the packaging materials in it. My wife didn't notice it when she signed for it. Needless to say Verizon and FedEx got calls however they are back ordered so they aren't sure when I'll get my replacement

I'd be pi$$ed!! But at least they are going to send you a replacement. They could have been total dicks about it and said you tampered with it somehow.

cdefg. - That's why I stayed calm with big red. Let them know I was mad but was nice and calm. When I called FedEx I wasn't so nice.

I've never heard of that before! I guess it's worth a second to inspect the tape and package before signing for it.
