problem with visual voicemail

I can not get visual voice mail to work on my phone. When I try to sign in for the first time it asks for my password and once I input it, it says unable to process my order even though I am already subscribed to visual voice mail. Is any one else having problems getting visual voice mail to work on their s3?

I had that problem too. I gave it a full overnight charge and then it connected perfectly and has worked great ever since.

Was this with Verizon vvm or another provider? Google voice says it's not able to work but you just need to change the provider in the phone and it works fine.

Went through the same issue... Went into settings, applications, voicemail, and cleared the data and cache .... Everything was smooth as butter after that
