Do any of you notice lines running through the silver area around the edges of the phone? Mine has numerous thin lines that I can't tell if it's just part of the manufacturing process or hairline cracks. They don't have an apparent pattern so it leads me to believe they're not part of the manufacturing process.

Also you'll notice vertical lines near the corners. Those are how it was put together. I learned that from my Nexus. Just in case you're way OCD like me.

My bf had said damn you scratched your phone up bad already and I panicked thinking what's he talking about and he showed me and I said it's a brushed metal look you got me worried for nothing:-)

I've seen pictures of phones that have cracked in this area so it's not unreasonable to be concerned.
